We offer you our lovingly designed Casa Avellana for your vacation on the Costa Blanca. It is situated by the Coast of Benissa. It is a Spanish-style detached villa surrounded by beautiful gardens with two outdoor seating areas and a barbecue. Around the beautifully landscaped pool, there are numerous opportunities for sunbathing or relaxing on a lounger in the shade—pure relaxation!

In the immediate and wider vicinity of the villa – located at the Coast near Benissa – there are plenty of opportunities for swimming and other water sports on the beaches. Numerous restaurants and bars in Moraira, Calpe, and Altea invite you to enjoy yourself.

There is a tennis club in the urbanization, and there is also a beautiful golf club nearby.

You can reach the villa by car and park it safely on the property. In just one hour, you can reach beautiful Valencia and lively Alicante by car.
